- Bookings run on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated on the booking form.
- Telephone bookings will be held for seven days pending receipt of the completed booking form and a £150 deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks in advance of the first day of letting.
- In the event of a cancellation, we regret, the hirer will be liable for the whole cost. However, we strongly advise you to purchase holiday insurance.
- Only the persons listed on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the accommodation. Occupancy must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the accommodation stated on the booking form.
- Your accommodation will be available from 3.00pm on the day of
arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure
- All accommodation should be left clean and tidy
- The hirer will be responsible for any breakages or damage must
be reported immediately.
- The owners shall not be liable for the personal effects of the hirers.
- Vehicles are parked at the property at the hirers own risk
- The hirer shall not to make any audible noise outside of the
accommodation between 11.00pm and 7.00am.
